Rules & Guidelines

• No excess noise will be allowed from the booth.
• No sale of dangerous or illegal items, or items that will hinder clean-up of the grounds. Some items not allowed on the Grounds are Silly string, smoke bombs, knives, guns (air, pellets, Pop, or darts) switch blades, No clothing with writing, pictures, Emblems symbols violence, sex or illegal drugs, blood, or gore.

The Guadalupe County Fair Associations assumes no Responsibility for theft, vandalism, or accidents. Please keep the area around your space clean from trash.
Please share the loading spaces with others unload your Stuff and move your vehicle so others can unload as well.

• Move in Instructions
  • Large exhibit booths --> Move in Tuesday afternoon to Wednesday 4pm
  • All other booths - Move in Wednesday 9:00am - 8:00pm
  • Single Table top booths - Move in Wednesday afternoon to Thursday noon
  • Late Arrivals - subject to additional charge $75.00 check/cash.
    
    
• EXHIBITORS WILL HAVE A SPECIAL PARKING AREA.
• EVENT CENTER BACK DOOR IS ONLY OPEN PRIOR TO GROUNDS OPENING. DOOR SHOULD REMAIN LOCKED AT ALL TIMES. NO ONE SHOULD PROP IT OPEN FOR SOMEONE TO COME IN THAT IS WHY YOU GET PASSES.

Please try to get passes to all folks working at your booth. before the grounds open. Past exhibitors may request same location as past year's area but remember this is 2025 FAIR, we rearranged so things from previous years fair to keep it fresh.
