Information for Vendors

Show Dates & Times:
Thursday, October 7, 3-8:30pm
Friday, October 8, 11am-9pm
Saturday, October 9, 9am-9pm
Sunday, October 10, 11am-6pm

Deposit: A $75.00 refundable deposit will be requested along with the Application and Vendor fees, provided each booth space is still in order and not torn down prior to 6:00 pm. Please make a separate check for deposit to ensure a refund on Sunday, October 10th. If the vendor wishes to tear down their booth prior to 6:00 pm, they will forfeit the deposit.

Location: Seguin-Guadalupe County Coliseum, 950 S Austin Street, Seguin TX 78155.

Security: The back door of the loading dock will be locked at all times, other than during the setup on Wednesday and Thursday, prior to 3:00 pm. In addition, police officers will be walking around during open hours of the Coliseum and will be on hand at the close of each day to secure the building.

Booth Fees for entire (4) days:
Single Space 8 x 10 - $200.00
Double Space 8 x 20 - $270.00
Triple Space 8 x 30 - $340.00

Booth payments:
May be made by check payable to: Guadalupe County Fair or by credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

Insurance: Vendors may provide proof of insurance, naming the GUADALUPE COUNTY FAIR ASSOCIATION AND THE CITY OF SEGUIN, as additional insured on their policy for, October 7 -10, 2010, with application.

Booth Setup:
Wednesday, October 6, 4-8pm
Thursday, October 7, 9am-3pm
There will be no continuous parking at the back loading dock behind the Coliseum. The loading dock is meant for loading and unloading only, all others will be towed at their expense.

Booth Take Down: Sunday, October 10 @ 6pm. Please do not tear down your booth prior to 6:00 pm or you will forfeit your deposit of $75.00 and jeopardize your right to a booth space the following year. Thank you for your cooperation.
