Rodeo arena:

• Uses: Rodeos, horse and cattle sales, horses and cattle shows, clinics for both youth and adults.
• Specifications: Covered area with lighting; overall size 180 'x 300' with 106' x 250' arena. Six bucking chutes and announcer's stand (includes P.A. system). Holds 2,600 people with both restrooms and concessions — RV trailer hook-ups available.

Stables:

• Uses: Stabling both horses and show cattle.
• Specifications: 178 covered stalls 10' x 10' with watering and warm-up area.

Cattle Barn:

• Uses: Stabling about 100 show cattle: also could be used for picnics, dances, dog shows, rabbit shows, etc.
• Specifications: Covered building 60' x 240' with cattle ties, restrooms, electricity, also has rack for livestock washing.

Hog Barn:

• Uses: Hog shows and sales.
• Specifications: Covered building 50' x 160' pens for about 500 hogs or animals of like size, with electricity, water and also has rack for livestock washing.

Covered dance slab and exhibit building:

• Uses: Dances, shows and exhibitions
• Specifications: Dance slab 80' x 160' with restrooms; exhibition hall - 72' x 176' with bar facilities.

Hall of Fame:

• Specifications: Enclosed building 48' x 48' with restroom and electricity. 43 recreational vehicle trailer hook-ups with water and electricity. For further inquiries or info call the Hall of Fame office at 830-379-6477.

Rates are as follows:

Rodeo:

• $250 security deposit on all facilities
• Weekday (Monday through Thursday)
  • $250 per day, no stalls
  • $15 per stall rated noon until noon.
• Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays)
  • $500 per day with 10 free stalls per calendar day - each additional stall is $15 rated noon to noon.
• Additional arena charges:
  • Timer, $30 per day
  • Stage set-ups: $25 per day
  • Tractor: $35 per day for rodeos and barrel races
  • Spectator Insurance: $60 actual cost per event
  • Poles: $5 per day
  • Roping Pads: $5 per day
  • Vendors:
    • Space (includes 110 hook up) - $30 per event
    • Accord Certificate of Insurance - $100 per event if not provided

RV Hookups:
$25 per day

Panels:
$3 per panel

Livestock barn:
$300 per day, Certificate of Insurance required

Swine barn:
$300 per day, Certificate of Insurance required

Dance slab:
$350 per day, Certificate of Insurance required

Women's Building:
$300 per day, Certificate of Insurance required

Hall of Fame:
$100 per day, Certificate of Insurance required
