Previous Entries will not be accepted. All pictures must be framed or matted, suitable for hanging with a wire or hooks in the back with a 8x10 minimum. All entries in the Home Arts Division will be accepted on a merit basis and must remain in the Exhibitors Hall until Sunday, October 9. Release time is between the hours of 4 & 6 p.m. There will be NO exceptions to this rule. Please refer to the Home Arts Division for additional rules and prizes.
